We’ve just had the most amazing lunch at Orlando’s in Soufriere. Chef Orlando freshly prepared each course, using only locally sourced ingredients and boy oh boy, was it vibrant, fresh, incredibly flavoursome and so beautifully presented! Orlando popped out regularly to check on our experience and it is clear that he really does prepare his food with passion and love. This was by far the best food we have eaten in St Lucia and one of the best meals we have had anywhere for a long while! I don’t often leave reviews, but in adopting Orlando’s catchphrase…I felt it was important after this experience to “share the love”!

Third time dining at this incredible restaurant. The food is creative and absolutely delicious. I am always excited for each course to come out. Both the display and the flavors are superb. The views from the top floor are fantastic. At the end, Orlando comes by each table and talks to his guests and see how we enjoyed our experience. He is really a talented chef and friendly and down to earth human being. Thank you Orlando for making our dining experience memorable. We look forward to dining with you next year.
