Booking Policy & Deposit Information
At Orlando’s Restaurant & Bar, we want your reservation experience to be seamless, secure, and enjoyable. Please review our booking and deposit policy before submitting your reservation request.
- Reservations for More Than Two Guests
A 25% deposit is required for reservations involving more than two guests. Guests may secure their reservation using either of the following options:
Option 1: Credit Card Authorisation Form
Guests who complete our Credit Card Authorisation Form are providing a form of security for their reservation. Your credit card will not be charged. The form serves solely as security for your booking.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, the required 25% deposit will be collected. This arrangement allows us to secure your reservation while providing reassurance that your card details will not be charged in advance.
Option 2: Pay Your Deposit in Advance
Alternatively, you may choose to pay the required deposit upfront to secure your reservation.
Your deposit will be deducted from your final restaurant bill. It is not an additional charge; it forms part of the total amount payable for your dining experience.
- Important Information
- Reservations for two guests: The 25% deposit and Credit Card Authorisation Form requirements do not apply.
- Reservations for more than two guests: A 25% deposit is required, either upon arrival following completion of the Credit Card Authorisation Form or through advance payment.
- Credit card security: Completing the authorisation form does not mean that your card will be charged. The form serves as security for your reservation.
- Advance deposits: Any deposit paid upfront will be credited towards your final restaurant bill.
