Our Mission
Chef Orlando has for over forty years worked arduously to ensure that Caribbean cuisine acquires worldwide status as with other globally-recognised cuisines.

Our History
Originating from Jamaican and Barbadian ancestry, European-born Chef Orlando Satchell migrated from Great Britain, his birth country to settle in Saint Lucia in the Caribbean more than two decades ago.
Though his initial journey to the beautiful tropical island was unplanned, it was no surprise, considering that his path seemed to have been determined from a tender age.
