Orlando’s Restaurant & Bar operational hours for local and international guests are as follows:

Breakfast (Reservations Only) – Minimum of 4 pax per seating 

Time: 7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Lunch (Reservations Only) – Minimum of 2 pax per seating

Time: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Dinner (Reservations Only) – Minimum of 2 pax per seating

Time: 5: 30 p.m. – 10.00 p.m.

Orlando’s Restaurant & Bar is closed on Sundays. The restaurant remains closed on Mondays, which are our dedicated northern Masterclass days. Chef Satchell is available on both days for Private Catering, Chef Service, One-on-one and Group Masterclasses via advance bookings.

*NB. Please note that operational times are automatically adjusted to coincide with curfew periods when they are implemented in Saint Lucia. As these have a tendency to change with statistical fluctuation, you will be advised of the most current operational times when you contact us to make reservations.
